Perhaps you want to take a look at the latest broadband consultation where today Ofcom are trumpeting that the Eu have approved their plan to de-regulate… before the consultation is even finnished.
Ofcom’s stance appears completely based on consumer market and ignoring any difference in the business market. the UKCTA has written to the EU expressing concerns, a good letter to get a copy of because it goes through Ofcoms pointing out the errors in their assumptions.
