Television Without Frontiers – an up-date

OfcomWatch has had several postings on the important but controversial revision of the European Television Without Frontiers Directive. It is necessary that we all understand where we are after the Liverpool conference of 20-22 September 2005 and the Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) gave a helpful briefing to stakeholders on 27 October.
