Here is the debate on regulation of the Internet

In the last few days, there has been a seminar in Hong Kong hosted by the Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority and the Office of the Telecommunications Authority on the theme Regulation in a convergent environment. Richard Hooper, Deputy Chairman of Ofcom and Chairman of Ofcom’s Content Board made a presentation entitled Content regulation in the multiplatform multichannel digital age which ought to kick-start the debate I was seeking.
