Ofcom’s Philips Goes To Emap
Emap Performance has poached Ofcom’s senior radio executive Mike Philips to head its regulatory and public affairs.
Philips’ main role will be to increase audiences through new licence applications and acquisitions at the right price. He will also strengthen external industry and regulatory relationships.
Philips will join the radio development team after completing his notice period with Ofcom.
