BSkyB’s departing chief executive Tony Ball has signed comprehensive non-compete agreements and a multimillion pound three-year consultancy deal to prevent him from working for a rival pay or free television service in the UK.
With so few ‘real’ options now open to a man who has had so many bright ideas over the past few months we have decided to take pity on him and offer him a role over here in our illustrious organisation. Admittedly it’s somewhat of a comedown - but if his tea making skills prove alright we’ll maybe let him loose on some blogging.
